• Created and executed a strategy to minimise losses on termination of two NHS contracts totalling £1.6 billion - eliminating monthly losses of £10 million.

• Captured £180 million of new orders from the NHS delivering monthly profit of £2 million - an overall result well ahead of expectations.

• Met service deliverables during transition to a new provider and re-deployed 500 people at risk of redundancy… with only 75 being made redundant.
